How to Enter

Welcome to the Pastel Society of Victoria, Australia’s Annual Exhibition and thank you for taking the time to consider entering your artwork.

You will need to follow this procedure and agree to the Conditions of Entry.

Entry Procedure

• Enter Paintings by the due date – see Important Dates

  • Complete the online entry form at https://vicpastel.com.au/annual-exhibition-2023-painting-entry-form/

  • and make your online payment from our Annual Exhibition webpage at https://vicpastel.com.au/annual-exhibition

• Deliver painting(s) to Sherbrooke Art Gallery – see Important Dates

• Collection of unsold Paintings from Sherbrooke Art Gallery by due date – see Important Dates

• Payments for Paintings sold

Please note that the PSVA holds the payment for sold paintings in trust until the end of the exhibition. Payments for sold works will be made to the artist, via EFT, for the sale proceeds, minus the commission (inclusive of GST) after the close of the Annual Exhibition.
