We request that anyone planning on attending any of our en Plein Air | Paint Outs, to please register their interest with our Paint Outs Coordinators, Pam or Rosslyn via SMS and let them know your mobile number so she can notify you of any changes to upcoming events.
As we near the date of each Paint Out, an SMS (text) message will be sent out to the people in our Paint Outs contacts list.
We also send out a general eNews newsletter each month to members and subscribers (sign up via our homepage), as well as creating an ‘Event’ on our official Facebook Page, reminding our members and friends that our Paint Out is coming up.

We meet at the designated time & location (see each event), but if you arrive at bit later you will find us painting somewhere close by from around 10:00am – 10:30am.
Everybody is welcome to come along, including non-members & friends. If you wish to turn up earlier or join us later at the meeting place, that’s fine too. Painting or sketching in all mediums is welcomed.
NB. We reserve the right to change our scheduled en Plein Air | Paint Outs as required.
Please let our Paint Out Coordinators know if you wish to attend a Paint Out, in case there are any changes to the event, due to weather or other circumstances.
