Chris Smith

A bit about me… Since early childhood I’ve enjoyed drawing. After raising a family I returned to drawing and started using soft pastels in 2018 with little knowledge about the properties of pastels – available pastel papers, or colour theory.

I’ve experimented with sanded papers, velour & Pastelmat using Pan pastels, soft pastels & pastel pencils to create portraits of animals & people.
